At KAL Luxury Hair, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care to ensure the quality of every hair product we ship. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our Refund and Return Policy below.
30-Day Return Policy
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of your delivery date.
To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must meet the conditions below.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return or exchange:

The hair must not be used, washed, brushed, combed, cut, or altered in any way.

Lace fronts, closures, or wigs must have the lace intact not cut, tinted, bleached, or glued.

The hair must be in its original condition, including the tags, packaging, and hairnet (if applicable).

All bundles must remain unopened and in the same condition as received.

The return must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
⚠️ Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any products that have been worn, styled, or tampered with.

The reason for return (with pictures, if applicable)

Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
Once your request is reviewed, we will provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions.
Please do not return items without prior authorization — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified by email.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

If your return is rejected due to use, damage, or tampering, we will send the product back to you.
Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you need an exchange, contact us at support@kalluxuryhair.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Shipping for Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
