We take pride in delivering premium-quality hair products safely and on time. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We currently offer the following shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping (U.S.): 1–3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–14 business days depending on the destination and customs clearance

Note: Delivery times may vary based on location, weather conditions, and carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your package using the link provided in your confirmation message or by contacting us directly at support@kalluxuryhair.com

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping information before completing your purchase.

  • We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If you notice an error, contact us immediately within 24 hours of placing your order.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

  • International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their local government.

  • We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking number. If the issue persists, reach out to us at support@kalluxuryhair.com, and we’ll do our best to help. Kal Luxury Hair is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

Preorders and Custom Items

For preorder or custom-made items, please allow additional processing time (typically 7–10 business days) before shipment.

Changes and Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us within 24 hours after purchase. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
